Questions

Is there a contract?

No. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time from Settings, and yearly plans simply do not renew.

What happens when the free trial ends?

Pick a plan to keep going. If you do not, your team turns read-only. Nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan later switches everything back on.

Can setters see each other's leads?

No. Setters only ever see their own leads. The leaderboard shows totals only. Owners and managers see the whole team.

Can I bring my existing spreadsheet?

Yes. Export it as a CSV and import it. Columns like name, handle, stage and follow-up date are matched for you, and duplicates are skipped.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. It was built for setters working from their phone. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app.

Do we need Discord or Slack?

No. EODs live in Quotaward either way. Connecting a channel just posts each submitted EOD there too.

Is our data safe?

Your data is stored in Europe, encrypted, and private to your team. Privacy rules are enforced by the database itself, not just the screens.
